LEVA Hotels & Resorts has signed a deal to manage the Emin Pasha Lake View Hotel Residences in Kampala.

Dubai-based LEVA Hotels & Resorts has entered into a management agreement with Prism Construction Company to operate the Emin Pasha Lake View Hotel Residences in Uganda.

LEVA Hotels & Resorts, located in Dubai, has signed a management deal with Prism Construction Company to run the Emin Pasha Lake View Hotel Residences in Uganda.
The hotel, located in Muyenga on Tank Hill in Kampala and overlooking the iconic Lake Victoria, is set to open in the third quarter of 2020 and will have 56 rooms, according to a release.
Prism Construction Company’s owner and CEO, Kennedy Losuk Lokule, stated: “LEVA Hotels & Resorts is a unique brand, and we are delighted to be the first to welcome it to Uganda. We are optimistic that Emin Pasha Lake View Hotel Residences will continue to prosper and achieve greater success under the supervision of LEVA.”

The Emin Pasha Lake View Hotel Residences has unrivaled views of Lake Victoria, Africa’s biggest lake and the world’s second largest freshwater lake.
LEVA Hotels & Resorts founder and CEO JS Anand stated: “Uganda is a spectacular location… Africa is a crucial growth region for us, and we are excited to make our debut there with an amazing property like Emin Pasha Lake View Hotel Residences.”
The Emin Pasha Lake View Hotel Residences is Kampala’s first boutique hotel, with an outdoor pool, sauna and steam room, gym, spa, all-day eating restaurant, rooftop restaurant, and conference rooms.

LEVA, which debuted in Dubai last year in collaboration with Ahmed Bin Khalaf Al Otaiba, chairman of Trizac Holding Group and Siraj Finance, has a flagship hotel there.
