8 January 2020: Dubai-based LEVA Hotels & Resorts has engaged into a management deal with Prism Construction Company to run the stunning Emin Pasha Lake View Hotel Residences, as part of its ambitious growth. The beautiful hotel, located in Muyenga on Tank Hill in Kampala and overlooking the famed Lake Victoria, is set to open in the third quarter of 2023 and will offer 115 well-appointed rooms equipped with exceptional services.
The ICREA team and founding partners were important in the management of this relationship between Leva Hotels and Prism Construction. Through powerful financial advice, strategic counseling, innovative structuring, and risk mitigation, ICREA has combined skills and in-depth understanding of finance (debt & equity), underpinning real estate industry, education operators, and investment businesses in effectively executing projects.
